I saw a comment saying that you make and sell buttons...if you don't mind me asking I was wondering where you have them made, how many you typically order of each design, and an estimate of the total cost? I'm looking to make buttons in the future for cons as well.... :3

Ah, sorry, I misunderstood you.

I get all of my supplies from American Button Machines (website is the same name). There are several different button sizes to choose from, but I chose 1.25". The press is solid steel and cost roughly $400. The circle punch is also solid steel and is about $150 (believe me, it's worth it... I tried cheaper circle cutters and they drove me INSANE). The button backs, bases, mylars, and accessories vary depending on the quantity and button size.

I make them myself with a steel button press. I can also make them into zipper pulls and key chains all for the same price ($2 each, 3 for $5). I have headshots of most of the character artwork in my gallery, so if you're interested in buttons of certain pieces just drop me a note and we can talk. :)

No no, I'm not really interested in buying from you, I just wanted to know how you made your buttons (if your ordered them). So where did you buy your button press?

your art is amazing, is there a possibility for a tutorial on hands?

Thanks. :)

I plan on eventually doing a tut on hands, yes... once I actually get the time to put one together. :x
