Yet another thesis piece finished, this time a spot illustration. Think on the last page of the book, with the "happily ever after" or "the end" script with it.
Standard recap: My thesis is going to be a series of illustrations (single pages, spots and two page spreads) depicting my own version of Cinderella. The whole idea is an expansion of the "Cinderella My Way" [link] piece I did in class junior year. Just like last year, I'm using my character designs from the Broadway universe because 1) the story of Cinderella is special to them in the first place and 2) I knew using characters I care about would keep me interested in this project for an entire semester. As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
