I had a lot of fun doing the first Munkustrap pic, but wasn't entirely happy with it since the makeup and costume didn't come out precisely the way I wanted. After taking some screen caps from the DVD for reference, I decided to try again, this time with very tedious detail. I think it helped to only draw the bare minimum for reference and put all the detail in the face and costume in digitally with Photoshop (Which came out to about 60 layers in the end).
This one I am happy with. Not to mention the anatomy was a biatch. >_< The legs might look a little wonky compared to each other, but that's because one leg warmer comes to below the knee, the other to just above the knee.
I might make this into a mini poster print on Cafe Press. If I do, I'll edit this post to say so.
