Spoilerish for manga chapter 471, Compassionate Heart.

I loved this arc so much that I had to make some sort of response to it. So here it is... Sess holding the lifeless Rin after Tenseiga fails to resurrect her a second time. To quote SessMom:

"Sesshoumaru, it's something you had to learn. That when your heart wishes to save someone dear to you, it must at the same time feel sadness and fear of losing them. Even when wielded as a weapon, you must understand the weight of life and carry a compassionate heart when dispatching your enemy."

So... there you go. Sess with his newly-found compassionate heart with something resembling the Meidou in the background.

EDIT: RIN DOES NOT DIE PERMANENTLY! After Sess learns the lesson and masters the sword, SessMom brings her back to end the arc. Zen, everyone. XD

I could not believe that little Rin was dead... and to see how Sess reacted...

....needless to say, I cried over the chapter.

Perfect protrayal of the demon morning over his little lost human child. Its so sad.

I loved this arc too! At first, I was like big deal. Another Sessy arc, but that changed VERY quickly. I was just surprised that they showed his MOM! :faint: Total shocker there and then how Sesshoumaru reacted to Rin's death. :faint: again. ^^ I was hoping there would be more Sess and Rin pics after that chap, but I was wrong T_T

Anyway, love the pic! ^^ Love Sessy's hair!
